The year is 2025 and the street kids that Khavn likes to depict in his excursions to the slums of Manila have now turned completely feral. They terrorize the ghetto until their leader ends up in jail after a botched attempt to rob a bank. He is released thirty years later, only to find himself in the middle of a brutal murder mystery. Khavn: "The official anti-sequel to Mondomanila. Ricky Lee wanted to award it Best Film along with Balangiga. The most offensive part according to German censors is Bulldog's red-white-polka-dot mushroom-penis from Mondotokyo. Yugoslav Black Wave filmmaker Želimir Žilnik exclaimed that Alipato restored his faith in cinema." (J.M.)
