A Play of Light and Shadow

Whatever we see at the movies – fantasy stories, animated worlds of wonder, everyday videos, or abstract shapes and colors – it always works the same way: Colored lights are beamed onto a bright, white surface. In this program, we consider together how exactly this works, and watch films that creatively deal with how this is cinema too: A big shadow play!
 

The short film program (total length approx. 25 min) is accompanied by joint discussions on the films shown.
